Taste some sweet thing in Glasgow

Hi ya!

There are lots of great cafe that quite popular in a port city in Scotland, Glasgow. Since I came here for study, I spend my free time to find a place for relaxing, hanging out with my new friends and absolutely that place should have a nice menu and cosy atmosphere.  

So…Let start with the first shop where near the city center.

(I would like to recommend 'Red velvet cheese cake')

They provide original American taste of waffle, French taste of crepes, gooey cookie dough, varied of cake, creamy shake and other beverage. Their theme shop are black, purple. The equipment in store still set up in black and purple. Once you step in the store, the smell of hot batter that prepare for waffle and crepe will touch your nose while the varied flavor of ice cream and cake which is shown in display fridge will attracted your vision. You can order for take away or eat in, there is a separate line. If you want to taste other menu except cake, I suggest you to eat at shop because a quality of dessert is the best when it just served from the kitchen and I pretty sure that there is rarely people who order these menu for take away.

They offer flexible option for you to customize what you want to add in or move out for your dish. The price is acceptable because they give you a big dish and plenty of material.

(Strawberry Delight Crepe, add banana slide)

My favorite dish is a Strawberry Delight Crepe, I always add banana slide and also change ice cream to banana flavor (change ice cream flavor cost £0.50). I’m a banana lover too!! A crepe sheet is thin, soft and smooth. It doesn’t make me overstuffed after finishing a dish while the texture of waffle is more crispy, thick and tight.

Switch to another kind of dessert

Bing Soul

The Korean dessert café which quite popular in West end, Bingsu is a signature menu which everyone order when they come to this café. There are 8 different styles that can match with everyone preference. Matcha, Mixberry and Oreo chocolate brownie seem like popular flavors. The portion of menu is suitable for 1 person, they will serve a small cup of condensed milk together with Bingsu for people who prefer more sweet.

A little bit bitter from matcha powder top on smooth ice flake, a sweetness of matcha ice cream and red bean and finally crispy almond slide. There are a good combination for Asian taste.

They also have Bubble waffles or Hong Kong waffles that quite popular too. There are 3 flavors of waffle (original, chocolate and matcha) with 8 styles of menu. They serve waffle in cone shape, insert ice cream and other ingredient insight the cone. It will be easiler if you put waffle on the dish instead to eat in the cone shelf that they provided.
